Driving them like racecars doesn't help the dust factor either:) You can buy plates that go behind your rims that supposedly keep the dust off, but I've never seen anyone try them.

If you go back to liking the boxy E30's, I'll gaurentee you that you know as much about the E30 body as certified BMW mechanics (dealer mechanics). They know almost nothing about them, at least that is my observation.

I use a 3mm spacer on all for wheels, and I use the stock wheel nut length, so you won't have a problem as far as that is concerned.

Well, it should be the same size as the face of the brake disc (just the hub part obviously), with the center cut out for wheel hub. Yeah, four holes for the bolts... I don't know if you should do it on a lathe... there might be balancing issues... and depending on how thick you need/want...

I quite enjoy my staggered wheels on my E34... rear wheel drive though. 235mm up front, 255 in rear. I find it likes to wander a bit, but the overall handling is incredible. Like frolf said, be carefull with the side wall ratio, it's not "mm"s.

Don't know what the problem would be, but if your battery is where mine is in my E34(under the back seat) might it be easier to just pull the fuse to reset it?

Lemme guess, the impala has those 5 3/4" sealed beams... the high beams have two prongs on the back, and the lows are a dual beam with 3 prongs on the back? Bosch and Hella make a conversion for the 5 3/4" sealed beams that convert the lense to a nice flat glass lense, and then you can put a H4...

Well, I'm a shipper, so I have access to Fedex, UPS, Purolator, DHL, Dicom, etc every day, But it would be a question of trust as far as trading the chip for the money. That is if Zach even wants the chip. It's $249 or something new, or maybe $300, and if he'd want it removed from the ECU or not.
