you have vented rotors. Before you go changing your pads (which is what that light means) check your pad sensor wires (front drivers side, rear passenger side) and make sure that a wire hasn't come loose. If your pads really are worn out, make sure you buy new wear sensors too.

They do exist, but everything that was ever made for a E30 is pretty much out of production now... bettor off looking for used junk. Bavauto.com has them for a four door, but they look like ass, as do most side skirts ever invented. Part #ss201, $240 set.

I looked at one a few years ago (same colour as yours) and the guy wanted $10,000CANAIDAN for a 1989... Nothing worked on it though - the rear wiper, the headlight wipers, the rear fog lights, the cargo net... basically everything that makes it a european car, didn't work.
