Power Window button Lights

Three of the lights are out on my power window switchs. I pulled the controls apart and they look like LED's. Are these replaceable, or does the entire switch need to be replaced? This is a 1993 325i

I've always heard the entire switch needs to be replaced. But, if you could find the bulbs/LEDs and have the patience, I'm sure you could replace them yourself.
