Lighting Issue, left blinker on, no dash lights or gauges, map lights etc

What is going on with my 2008 550i?! On power up, the left blinker is on, no combi gauges or map lights, the rear doors will not open from inside or outside and the trunk will not open. I've taken it to a 30 year old BMW shop and they have necer seen this. I looked at the LCM, it is part number 61-35-154-944.

I'm in Fort Worth, Texas. Any advice on where to begin?
