Last post we were replacing the headgasket...Success! Back on the street! However, right after, as the RPM's drop, the headlights now go dim...Suggestions?
As the RPM's increase, the headlights brighten...Thanks, Veith

As Dan said, and also possibly a bad voltage regulator. In general, up thru the 1970s cars, it could be a separate part mounted on the fender or firewall. On newer cars it's part of the alternator. Sometimes the voltage regulator that is part of an alternator can be replaced, other cars it's a whole new alternator required.

Sorry, I do not know specifically where it is on a 2002.

i'd vote for alternator or, if you're really lazy, you can just go to ebay and get a hid conversion kit. i am generally happy with no but they are expensive. saludos eveyrone.
