what are some good cheaps ones that read and delete codes? i need one bad. peake has what i need but i have to buy 2 different readers. one for the ABS, and one for the Airbag. autozone sells an OBDII reader. dont know if it deletes the codes though.

I've heard that the ODBII generic ones do not reset codes - hence the cheap price. Many vehicles have proprietary codes for the airbag systems, so a separate code reader is required to read and reset these (even Peake sells two different ones). So far I haven't seen one that does everything.

on the user manual it says so, i only worked with odb1 and yes you were able to reset the codes from there. PS i have carsoft 5.0 and 5.8 or 9 you`re able to reset anything from there. Still havnt used it but soon im getting my interface and we`ll see how it goes.

I bought on of the Creader OBDii readers by Launch. It doesn't work on my 96 328 ISO 9141/2 even though it claims to. I have used an AutoXray 2000 and it worked great-$200
