blower motor speed control

I have 2000 323 and the blower motor seems to only blows at one speed. Some time it turns on and off with no rhyme or reason. Any ideas? Possibly blower motor resisitor if so where is it and how can I test it?

i've got the same problems to.. what the dealer said was the resistor is spoil and he change it , it works fine.. the other thing of course there is a possbily built up in moisture at your air cond blower and perhaps this is why cause the fan to blow slower. there is basically no air coming out as effective as it should be..

get your dealer to deodorize it and it should be working as normal..

that's my thought...
