Best cleaning solution?

I have a convertable and my vinyl boot lid and door panels are getting a bit grungy. What do you all think is the best way to clean it?

Soapy water. I Wash my boot with Zymol car wash at the same time I wash the car. I dry it and occassionaly treat it with Zymol vinyl conditioner.
