'97 M3 climate control problem

My climate control goes on and off without warning or reason. AC blows cold when it's working but not when it goes off. Does anyone have any ideas besides giving the BMW dealer title to my house? Any help welcome. Thanks.

pull it out and ship it to www.bavarianimports.net and they will fix it in a day and ship it back to you.

If you are not familiar with the DIY solution, go with a dealer and replace the part (i don´t know about the bavauto solution. I had the same issue again with my E36 and the replacement was the best i could do). my dealer once warned me, and it was the mech, not the owner, that a fix done by yourself could often lead to following problems. so you better know what you are doing.

Vance, bavarian auto is in Atlanta and they are much cheaper than friggin global imports.

sounds like the ihka is bad the digital unit in the dash if you buy it your self it will have to be coded to the car or it will not read right the dealer can code it or maybe some after market shop that has the right stuff to do it
