I know that this issue has been discussed before but I seem to be having a rather unique problem. My 2 front windows in my 95 325i convertible suddenly stopped working. I got in to drive to work the other morning and they would not roll down at all. My 2 rear windows work fine, and everything else( lights, seats, top, etc.) works fine. They won't even roll down what I drop the top. Could a comfort relay stop only 2 windows from working, or is there a seperate fuse just for the front windows. I would rather not take it to a shop for something simple. Need to save those Xmas $$$$$'s. Any help would be appreciated. [scratch]

Not sure how the fuse wiring is for convertables but I would start checking fuses. That's what it sounds like since the odds of both switches or both motors going out at the same time are in the millions.

I think the fuses are a bit wierd, one fuse I blew a few times controls the left front and rear parking lights, the trunk light and the interior light, so it could just have a separate fuse for the front and rear windows. Good luck and tell us what you came up with.
