Turbo Kit

I have had my 2000 328ci for about a month now and I love raping the lil ricers at my school [bmwkick] . lol But I am looking for more power . I am looking to piece together my own turbo kit for my car. I wanted to know what boost I could run safely on my stock internals and at what point would I have to upgrade my fuel system.

Up to 8 psi. Yes, you will have to change your fuel injectors. About $4,500-$5,000 depending which kit you get. Good for about 50-55 hp. Might want to consider a supercharger, almost the same hp and only $3-$3.5k.

Any reason for wanting a turbo over a supercharger? Nearly all e46 cars with forced induction use superchargers.

supercharger should generate less heat in the engine compartment than a turbo.
