It was the first race of the season yesterday (for the NZ BMW series). I usually go as I have 5 friends with e30-series cars, and 3 with other BMW's in the open series. This time I could't make it, so I had to make do with pics taken by soeone who went.
I'm usually too useless to take photos when I go, so I thought I'd share.
(BTW, our series is small and relaxed enough, that you can usually wander down into the pits and chat with the drivers/teams, and get some pretty close-up photos).
