My brand new E46 roundel

Okay...so it's far from a brand new 3er...but I popped in a new roundel (the old one was flaking)...sorry this pic is kinda blurry. Total cost: $10.

I also popped in a new windshield wiper water pump this weekend. The old one was down to a weak drizzle. Wow the new one is like a fire hose. (This is the old one.) Cost $32.

Nah, I just hit my local dealership. They give me a BMWCCA discount. I'm sure I could have saved a few bucks at bavauto...but i just wanted the parts so i could do the work this weekend.

The roundel cam off pretty easy. Yeah I had to be careful of the paint. When you get the new one you'll see the two little knobs that are in place. If you lift at places away from the knobs you can get a screwdriver in there and then use a second one to just lift it up...leveraging against the paint underneith the roundel so any scratches can't be seen.

About as easy as it gets.
