I want to change my bumpers on my 2000 328 Ci

I guess, but I heard have to modify the front end of my car, I really don't want that hassle....I found this on ebay: it's got the front bumper as well as the side fenders....if I got this would I still have to modify my bumpers? I also so some people out here with really cool bumpers but I don't the know the name of the brands and where they bought them.
