fuel pump/lines

Hi guys, I have a quick question. Does anyone know what the two fuel lines coming out of the unit on the passenger side are? The one a little off center is missing and the tube on the unit is broken off. Anyone know if that is a fuel return line or the vent line? I can't even find the tube itself, I am so lost since the car runs fine.

Any and all ideas are very welcome.

well if it was the return line gasoline would be flooding you garage floor right now. So its most likely a vent. If the car runs fine don't worry about it unless you smell some fumes while driving. then worry

It runs fine but it has problems starting almost every time I go to start it. It is something I want to fix so thats why I am asking the question, who knows what it will lead to, I don't want to take any chances.

If one of your brake lines fell off and somehow capped itself, you would want to fix it and not forget about it, right? Same here.
