That goes without saying. I have witnessed numerous horrific accidents involving alcohol and/or drugs. Usually the "intoxiocated" person survives with minor injury if any, while the innocents suffer tragically.

Which is why I couldn't be a cop - I wouldn't have the restraint not to beat the living shit out of someone who caused an accident like that due to drugs.
you know it's bad when there's a cutting torch at the scene. Looks more like bus hit car, though. It's almost a straight T. Might just be that the BMW driver ran a red light.
