Blistering paint on hood peeling! "95 318I

It started out as a 3" spot when I got Her. The paint keeps chipping away, I have a few small bubbles that are doing the same thing!!!!!
Neighbor says check w/ BMW-NOT normal!
Where do I start? Any Ideas on how to handle this?

Have you had the car since new? Where on the hood is the blistering?

Got Her 4 weeks ago, biggest "hole" in paint is about 6" from badge-looks like a small Med. Island.
The other "blisters" are going now as well!

Check with a body shop to see if the area has been repainted. Also, to recommend repairs.

Repaint, it is out of warranty. It does suck when it happens. Paint is showing its age. Hate to break it to you. Worse that that, I bought a 93 Stang LX 5.0 in 1994, they used too much hardener on the green paint, caused spyder cracks through it all. FLM would not cover it since I got it used. Damn....that 5.0 really made me mad. All 215 HP and all of it.

Thanks guys, I checked with an account of mine awhile ago (body/paint shop), we have a good rapport, he gave me a great price for the hood, total buffing of car, and a fix of a small rust spot on rear fender well.
Of course I'll still try BMW-what the heck!
