i have replaced cap, rotor, plugs and wires and still has a miss in cylinder #2 after it gets warm, could this be fuel related?
An injector not firing/ not firing properly could cause the miss.

While the engine is running, remove spark plug lead from each individual cylinder one at a time (I know you have replaced these but we want to completely rule out ignition)

If each cylinder gets worse with each plug pulled the ignition side is roughly ok.

Now, with the engine running again do the same with the injector electrical plugs one by one. Note the changes to the engine.

How do you know cylinder two is the problem? Just how bad is the miss?

This could even be head related ie: valves leaking, lack of combustion in the cylinder. Have you done a leak down test and compression test?
