2005 new 330xi Should I or shouldnt I

Can get a 330xi new. Only option is cold wthr pkg for 34,500.

Iam on the fence.

Any suggestions ????

The E46 325/330xi have been out since 2001. The RWD E46 3-series have been out since 1999.

The XI are a little heavier, with higher ground clearance, and RIMS that are not as nice looking as on the other RWD 3-series for some reason.

One last comment, is it just me or are XI cars rarely ordered with 5-speed manual trannies?
