1993 325 speakers?

I need to replace my front door speakers because one set is broken. Apparently there are two different types of oem speakers that were put into e36s, and this is the kind i currently have:

Have any of you replaced these speakers in your e36 with aftermarket speakers? If so, what kind/size? I can't find the stock ones anywhere (not even bavarianautosport), I'm not sure of their exact size, and I'm not sure if aftermarket speakers will fit properly in the existing speaker holes. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You have stock Nokia speakers. They sell them on Ebay every once and a while. Check the audio forum for more info on replacing them with Infinity or Quart speakers.

you can get replacements directly from BMW, they are very cheap..... £36

crutchfield.com will tell you exactly what you need. I replaced all of mine, but i can't remember this size, i think they are proably 4.5's or so.
